Chili garlic stir-fried greens


1 tablespoon canola or peanut oil

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Thai chili, thinly sliced

1 bunch Asian greens

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil


In large skillet over medium-high heat, place oil, ginger, and chili. Cook, stirring frequently for 1 minute to flavour the oil. Add in greens and stir-fry until just tender. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil. 

If the variety you choose has tougher stems, add the stems first and cook for an extra minute before you add leaves.
