Lacy cheese crisps with Asiago

1 cup Asiago cheese, grated

1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In medium bowl, stir together cheese and flour. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on prepared pan. Repeat with remaining mixture, leaving 1-inch space. Bake until lightly golden, 8 to 10 minutes.

Let cool on baking sheet. Crisps can be made 6 hours in advance and stored in airtight container at room temperature.
